Congressman Lipinski's Tour Request Form

The Congressman's office can help you arrange tours of some of Washington's most popular destinations. Requests can be submitted up to six months in advance of your visit. Fill out this form to request tours of the Capitol Building, White House, Library of Congress, Supreme Court, Pentagon, Bureau of Engraving and Printing, and the Kennedy Center.

Order a Flag

Fill out this form to order a flag from Congressman Lipinski's office that has been flown over the U.S. Capitol. Flags come in a number of sizes. To request a flag to be flown on a specific date, please provide at least two weeks notice.

Academy Nominations

Congressman Lipinski is presently accepting letters requesting nomination to the U.S. Service Academies from young persons in the 3rd Congressional District for the class entering in the summer of 2021. Click here for more information.

Congressional Art Competition

Congressman Lipinski is accepting submissions from all high school students in the Third Congressional District of Illinois for the next Congressional Art Competition.

Congressional App Challenge

Congressman Lipinski is inviting students to participate in the Congressional App Challenge, a competition designed to encourage student involvement in computer science and coding.  This nationwide effort allows students to compete against their peers by creating an application – or “app” – for mobile, tablet, or computer devices.
