We are in the midst of an unprecedented public health and economic crisis, and understandably many people have a lot of questions about the COVID-19 coronavirus and how to navigate available government resources. I put together this website to help provide you accurate, up to date information and resources during this difficult time.

I am continuing to work together with other Members in Congress in a bipartisan fashion to take steps to help protect our communities, stabilize our economy, and end this crisis as quickly as we can. This month, I joined members of the bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus in calling on House leaders to find ways for Congress to carry out its constitutional duties while adhering to social distancing guidelines. Thank you to all the healthcare workers, first responders, police officers, and other essential workers in the Third District and across our nation for your efforts to support and keep our communities safe.  I urge all to please heed the advice of healthcare experts. We are all in this together and I encourage everyone to help one another through this challenging time.

For additional information about how the federal government is responding to the coronavirus outbreak visit the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) website. The Illinois Department of Public Health website i s also a resource that has information about coronavirus prevention and response efforts in Illinois, which includes guidance for businesses, organizations, schools, healthcare providers and more.

On my website, I have information to help navigate through this difficult time. This includes information on the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, the Illinois Stay-at-Home order, and other important information that you may find helpful. Thank you for doing your part by socially distancing, staying at home, and keeping informed to protect public health.
